For today’s 30 Day Challenge coaching session, I want you to take a break. Take a break from introspection. Take a break from journaling. Just relax and enjoy moving your body in a really yummy, delicious way.
Relaxation, slowness, and stillness aren’t always as easy as they look so it'll be great to do something that you probably don't always do, but definitely should.
