The chain of muscles that run from your ankles up to your hips and back are made for big, powerful movements, so POWER is going to be our watchword for today.
As you’re dancing, I want you to focus on really unleashing the power of your lower body. Don’t rush, don’t lose control, but pay close attention to just how powerful you are.
