Sometimes “just enough” is all you need.
Today is a well deserved rest day.
But it’s not the sort of rest day where you just lay on the couch (although those can be important, too)...
Today is all about gently, even cautiously, activating your muscles JUST ENOUGH to get your body to release the feel-good hormones that I’m sure you’ve come to really appreciate over the past couple weeks of this challenge.
So go easy, and don’t try to do too much. Just let your body feel good and have a great day!
