One of the reasons dancing is such an effective way to get fit is that it moves your body in ways that you just don’t do otherwise.
Today’s workout is a great example. These dances are full of all different kinds of kicks.
Kicking - whether it’s forward, backwards, or off to the side, is a great way to take your body out of its normal comfort zone, which is the fastest way to build fitness.
It also happens to be loads of fun, so let’s go!
