Reach your fitness goals with…clapping?
You’ve undoubtedly noticed that Body Groove has by far the most clapping of any fitness program.
That’s on purpose.
Fitness is not about lifting the heaviest possible weight or running the farthest possible distance.
It’s about gaining access to all of your body’s abilities, which means having complete control of your muscles.
Clapping doesn’t require much muscle strength, but clapping with rhythm requires finally tuned control over all the large muscles of your upper body. (Try it, and you’ll see what I mean…)
The bigger the claps, the more difficult it is to control.
If you feel like clapping is too easy, the next level up is slapping other body parts.
In today’s workout, you’ll have opportunities for both levels, so make the most of it!
