You are SO CLOSE to the finish line!
Today’s workout is probably the most difficult of the challenge, not because of any particular movements, but because of where it comes in the lineup.
I’ve built the 30 day challenge to follow a tried-and-true rhythm of pushing your limits and then backing off and letting your body recover.
If we were sticking with that cadence, today would be a well deserved rest day.
But it’s not…
Today we’re really going to test your limits with an energetic dance workout.
There’s a good chance that you’re going to have to fight to get through this workout.
