For today’s Groove, I want you to push yourself to exude as much energy as you can, to find the limits of your endurance.
This isn’t about matching anyone else, just finding and honoring your limits. When you reach that limit, acknowledge it and stop pushing. As you feel your energy recovering, you might discover that you can test yourself again.
The key here is to carefully listen to your body and honor it.
