As you’re reading this, I want you to take a moment to explore the range of motion of your arms.
Look how high above you they can stretch, and feel how far behind you they can extend.
Even if your mobility is limited by injuries or pain, your shoulders give your arms amazing range.
And yet, they spend most of your day hanging at your side or resting on a desk or table.
So today, we’re going to set those arms free!
In today’s dances, give your attention to your arms, and get them off your sides as much as possible.
No matter what your fitness goal is, having arms that move with strength and control will make it easier to achieve.
So, limber up those shoulders and let’s hit the dance floor.
