Whether it’s getting stronger on the dance floor, flowing through yoga fusion, lifting weights with rhythm, or dressing up to fully embody a musical genre or style, my mission is to help you reconnect with the most powerful, authentic version of you.

Back in 2009, I stepped into a dance session at a fitness conference that would completely shift the trajectory of my life. It was called GROOVALICIOUS SEXY DANCE P ARTY, led by Misty Tripoli. At the time, I had already been teaching group fitness for over 25 years. And while I loved moving my body, I was weighed down by the constant pressure to “fix” myself and others—to be fitter, thinner, stronger… always more and never enough. What I experienced in that one-hour GROOVE session wasn’t just a workout—it was a
homecoming. I felt a deep, powerful connection to my body, my breath, my creativity, and my joy. For the first time in a long time, I felt more alive, more free, and more me.

That moment sparked a complete transformation—not only in how I approached fitness, but in how I chose to live. Let’s move together—and rediscover what it feels like to truly thrive.
