Let your body heal.
Today’s workout isn’t designed to be intense. This is a day to focus on letting the healing systems of your body do their thing.
That’s why, if you don’t have time for the entire workout, I have to insist that you skip right to 26:30 in the video and give yourself the gift of the ten minutes that follow.
If your 30 day challenge fitness goal still seems like it’s a long way off, I know it can be frustrating to do a more relaxed workout like today. But let me assure you that if you’ve done the previous seven days of dancing, what you need right now is a moment of rejuvenation. These “easy” days are just as important as the hard ones.
