I hope by now you have set yourself a 30 day fitness goal that will feel like a meaningful accomplishment when you achieve it.
I’m afraid I can’t be much help in selecting your goal, because I don’t know what really matters to YOU…
You - and only you - are the resident expert on your body, your fitness, and your values.
This 30 day challenge is going to give you both the exercise and mindset tools you need to reach your goal. All you need to do is let me guide you in the process each day.
Today, I want you to focus your attention on the FUN of moving your body. If you find yourself getting tired, or getting bored, change up your movement to make it more FUN.
Your only objective today is to have fun, so let’s get dancing!
