First, we’re going to use a prop (don’t worry, I am sure you have this at your house)...
Second, we’re going to do this whole workout without standing up.
I’ve set this session for us today because you are coming around the corner to the final stretch of this 30 day challenge.
To prepare you for these last few days, I want you to spend some time today stretching, relaxing, and healing your body so it is tuned up and ready to go for the final push.
This is the last rest day of the challenge, so make the most of it!
