Welcome to the Body Groove 2026 30 Day Challenge!
Over the next 30 days, we’re going to dance together and have a TON of fun!
But in addition to having fun, when you complete this challenge, you’re going to give yourself two valuable gifts.
First, you’re going to reach a meaningful fitness goal (more on this down below). I promise you’ll see and feel a difference in 30 days.
But even more importantly, you’re going to become an expert at coaching yourself towards your goals.
You’re going to learn how to identify and overcome the obstacles that keep you from achieving what you desire…
You’re going to learn how and when to make the changes that stick…
You’re going to learn how to find inner motivation every day…
And once you have these skills, you’ll be able to achieve ANYTHING!
So…let’s get started!
The first thing you need to do is to pick a fitness goal for this 30 day challenge. You want to choose something that is both challenging but also doable in 30 days. It also needs to be meaningful to YOU - if you don’t care about being able to do 10 pushups, don’t make that your goal!
I’ve led thousands of women on fitness challenges, and I’ve learned a secret to picking a good goal: start by dancing, and the fitness goal usually becomes clear.
So your assignment for today is to play today’s workout, dance along as you’re able, and listen to your body as you do. Do you see a good 30 day goal becoming clear? I think you will!
