In recent workouts, we’ve paid close attention to your arms, your lower body, and even your face.
Today, we are turning our attention to your hands and feet.
Now, I’m going to guess that your fitness goal for this challenge does not directly involve your hands or feet.
But just like the rest of your wonderful body, your hands and feet have muscles and joints that need to be cared for.
Once we’ve given some love to your hands and feet, we’ll add some balance work to tie it together.
