Fitness with a twist.
One of the major shortcomings of traditional exercise programs is that the movements are typically one dimensional.
Think about a pushup, or a squat. Body goes up. Body goes down. One dimension.
Boring…and not the way our bodies are meant to move!
I’ve set this workout for us today because I want to make sure you’re rotating your body in three dimensions, especially rotating your core.
As you’re dancing, pay attention to how your body is rotating, and if you find your movements slipping back into a one dimensional habit, give yourself a twist to break free!
