In today’s workout, we’re going to do one of the most important fitness tests for people over 40 - we’re going to get up off the floor.
Believe it or not, longevity experts have identified this “sit to stand test” as a strong marker of overall health and longevity.
No matter what fitness goal you’re striving to achieve in this challenge, I hope you’ll take some time today to do this basic but important exercise in functional fitness.
And don’t worry, we’re going to be dancing the whole time!
